What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, organization, contact details, and a description of your program and needs. Our forms are not designed for protected health information, and we ask that you never submit client records or health information through them.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request, assess whether our services fit your needs, and communicate with you about a potential engagement. We do not sell or rent your information.

How we store it

Form submissions are stored with our website and email providers. Access is limited to Mid-Atlantic Behavioral Health Desk. Submissions from prospects who do not become clients are deleted after 24 months.

Client records

If an engagement requires access to records containing protected health information, we sign a business associate agreement first and use a secure method agreed with the client.
